Cheap, plasticky graphic that looks nothing like the proof

How to go from super excited to entirely deflated in the time it takes to open a box: Order a Custom Hoodie from Sticker Mule. I absolutely love the products I've ordered previously—fabric stickers and a label roll—so I jumped at the opportunity to grab a new product from them. Sadly, though the hoodie itself is great, the graphic is nothing like the proof I approved. The hot pink came out light purple, and there are strange streaks in the top of the image. This is literally unwearable because the graphic has a plasticky sound to it AND it entirely misrepresents the brand of my business. I want a refund, but given another recent comment I get the sense this would never happen. Buyer beware—stick to stickers.
