I guess I did not understand the proof?

I needed the actual design kiss cut, centered on the paper just like in the proof picture but kiss cut around the design. Instead I got a sticker with the art placement right, but the only thing kiss cut is the little circle at the top! I have a hole punch to make the circle, I needed the art kiss cut! :-( More like this (my hand drawn cut around the art - not exact http://www.atlfirm.com/R312382725_proof.png <--) I am not sure I will order again, but I guess I should have paid closer attention and actually tried to talk to someone instead of going along with the completely automated interaction!
