The color is pretty dull and not matched to the artwork

Besides the color looking dull and being pretty far from the artwork, I was shocked by how the proofs work here. Apparently they show the lowest resolution possible and on my end, it literally looked like some of the art was missing and being cut in the middle of the art board. After 4 proofs and emailing back and forth the support rushed the delivery to meet the deadline they promised when I placed the order which was a good customer service move.
