Part of the design for one of the charms had scratched off. Would've loved for the image to be more securely attached or put between two pieces of acrylic.

The customer service while ordering was phenomenal, and the shipping was super fast. I also would say 95% of the products received were absolutely perfect. So vibrant and clear and well designed . I ordered these a while ago and would say the quality is pretty good!!
