I had these acrylic charms made to use as Christmas tree ornaments to give my dance students. A handful arrived with tiny holes in the design. Order these items, but definitely order extras.

Received several bad batches of this charm (and others). Finally after receiving several remakes they sent a good partial batch. they agreed to send me the remaining quantity. Received that today and somehow the same marks from before are there again. On every piece. I haven’t placed any orders for acrylics since this started and will not be ordering any more any time soon.

Had some acrylic charms made a Christmas decorations .. they came out amazing

They all have a blue hue to them. I hate them.

After the initial order that was defective they issued 4 different reprints as each reprint kept arriving with obvious defects. Each order had very obvious defects like nicks in the acrylic, condensation effects, the protective film cut in half on every piece etc. Each remake required several emails, photos and back and forth with CS. Amazing service! I placed my order on a Sunday, and had a response within an hour! (Yes, on a Sunday) The charms, which we use as Christmas ornaments, came quickly and done just as we hoped. This is our third year ordering from Sticker Mule, and they continue to be 5 star!

These are well done - not cheap and flimsy! Charms are solid and the colors are crisp - thanks!

Part of the design for one of the charms had scratched off. Would've loved for the image to be more securely attached or put between two pieces of acrylic.

The customer service while ordering was phenomenal, and the shipping was super fast. I also would say 95% of the products received were absolutely perfect. So vibrant and clear and well designed .
