Write Terms of Service

PLEASE READ THESE WRITE PROGRAM TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN STICKER MULE'S WRITE PROGRAM. PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROGRAM CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF ALL THESE WRITE TERMS.

Overview.

These Sticker Mule Write Program Terms of Service (these "Write Terms") supplement and are incorporated into the Sticker Mule General Terms of Service (the "General Terms"). Capitalized terms used but not defined in these Write Terms have the meanings given to them in the General Terms.

The Write Program provides you the opportunity to use the Write tool on the Website (the "Write Tool") that lets you draft, publish, and share blog posts and related content (each, a "Post"). In these Write Terms, "Sticker Mule," "we," "us," and "our" have the same meanings as in the General Terms, and "you," "your," and "Author" refer to any User who creates or publishes a Post using the Write Tool.

The Write Program and Write Tool are part of the Services as described in the General Terms.

Binding Agreement.

By participating in the Write Program, you are bound by these Write Terms and indicate your agreement to them. The Write Program is administered by Sticker Mule. All of Sticker Mule's decisions with respect to the Write Program are final and binding.

Our Write Terms May Change.

We may update these Write Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will post a notice on the Website or otherwise notify you of the change. Please read any changes carefully. If you do not agree to the updated Write Terms, you must stop participating in the Write Program. If you continue to participate in the Write Program after we notify you of changes, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Write Terms, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not permit unilateral updates or changes to terms, so this paragraph may not apply to you.

Additional Terms.

These Write Terms are subject to additional terms and conditions, including, without limitation, Sticker Mule's General Terms of Service, IP Rights Policy, Stores Terms, and Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Additional Terms"). The applicable Additional Terms are incorporated into these Write Terms by reference. If there is any conflict between these Write Terms and the applicable Additional Terms, the Write Terms will govern your participation and use of the Write Program. The applicable Additional Terms will otherwise continue to apply to your use of the Services or that specific product, service, program, or portion of the Services.

One set of Additional Terms is our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and disclose information about you. By using the Services, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and Account Requirements.

To be eligible to use the Write Tool, you must:

  • Create a user account on our Website (a "User Account").
  • Be a legal resident of a participating country.
  • Be 18 years of age or older (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).

Certain features of the Write Program may be available only to specific account types (for example, Pro or ID‑verified accounts), as described on the Website.

Use of the Write Tool.

Creating Posts. The Write Tool lets you create, edit, and publish Posts on our Website. You can start a new Post, add a title, text, and content, including images, videos, links, and other media.

Drafts vs. Published Posts. Drafts are visible only to you while you are logged in. Once you publish a Post, it may become visible to other Users and to the public, including through the Write feed and elsewhere on our Website. You can always unpublish a previously published Post. Unpublished posts will be sent to your drafts folder.

Smart Embeds. When you paste certain links into a Post, the Write Tool may automatically create a preview or rich embed (for example, for Store items or other projects). These "smart embeds" are provided for convenience only. You are responsible for any claims, promotions, or representations you make in connection with those embeds.

Editing and Deleting. You can edit or delete your Posts. If you delete a Post, it may take some time to disappear from caches or backups, and copies of your Post may still exist if others have already viewed, shared, or archived it.

Comments. Only Pro members and ID-verified Users may comment to your Posts. Comments are User Content under the General Terms and must comply with the User Content, Third-Party Content and Interactions, and User Interactions sections of the General Terms. You are responsible for the comments you post. Sticker Mule may remove, hide, or restrict comments, or limit who can comment, at any time in its sole discretion.

Role of Sticker Mule. Sticker Mule acts solely as a platform provider for the Write Tool. We provide a technical means for you to create, publish, and manage Posts. We do not write, edit, approve, sponsor, or supervise your Posts. You are responsible for the content of all Posts. Sticker Mule has no obligation to monitor Posts, but may remove, hide, or disable access to any Post, in its sole discretion.

Availability of Write Program. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Write Program active. However, there may be times when we must maintain, update, or improve the Website or temporarily suspend the Write Program. We do not guarantee that the Write Program will be available at any given time, and we will not be liable for any suspension, interruption, or discontinuance of the Write Program.

Processing of Personal Information. Any personal data that you provide in connection with your use of the Write Program, including information in your Posts, will be processed in accordance with Sticker Mule's Privacy Policy.

License to Use Write Tool. Sticker Mule grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Write Tool in accordance with these Write Terms and the General Terms. Any violation of these Write Terms is grounds for immediate termination of this license and may result in legal action by Sticker Mule.

User Content. The Write Tool permits the submission or transmission of certain user-generated content, text, photos, images, graphics, videos, comments, and/or other content, which are "User Content" under the General Terms. The User Content section of the General Terms applies in full to all User Content associated with your use of the Write Tool and any Post. Those General Terms provisions are incorporated into these Write Terms by reference. Sticker Mule is not obligated to monitor User Content related to any Post, but may remove any User Content in its sole discretion for any or no reason.

Author Responsibilities and Representations.

As the Author, you are solely responsible for each Post you create using the Write Tool, including the Post's content, accuracy, and compliance with applicable laws. This includes:

  • Complying with these Write Terms, the General Terms, and all relevant Additional Terms.
  • Creating, editing, and deciding when and where to publish each Post.
  • Choosing all text, images, videos, links, embeds, and other materials included in your Post.
  • Ensuring that your Posts comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those relating to intellectual property, privacy and data protection, advertising and endorsements, consumer protection, and any industry-specific rules that apply to your Post.

By creating a Post, you represent and warrant that:

  • All information you provide in or about the Post (including titles, descriptions, claims, and any product or service information) is and will remain accurate, complete, and not misleading.
  • You have obtained and will maintain all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions necessary to use and share all content in your Post, including any third-party text, images, music, video, or trademarks.
  • If your Post includes reviews, endorsements, testimonials, sponsored content, affiliate links, or any other paid or incentivized content, you will make all disclosures required by law or applicable guidelines.
  • You will not use the Write Tool to publish content that harasses, threatens, bullies, or otherwise targets any individual or group, or that incites or encourages violence or unlawful activity.
  • You will not post personal, sensitive, or confidential information about other people without their permission or another legal basis to do so.
  • Your use of the Write Tool, and all of your Posts, will not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any third party's rights or these Write Terms or the General Terms.

Sticker Mule does not review or approve Posts before they are published, and you acknowledge that you, and not Sticker Mule, are responsible for the content of your Posts and for any consequences of publishing them.

Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability.

Your use of the Write Tool is subject to the Warranty Disclaimer, Indemnification & Release, and Limitation of Liability sections in the General Terms, which are incorporated into these Write Terms by reference.

For clarity, and as described in Author Responsibilities and Representations, you—not Sticker Mule—are responsible for your Posts. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Sticker Mule is not responsible or liable for the content of your Posts or for how others interpret or use that content.
  • Sticker Mule does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any Post, and does not endorse any opinions or statements expressed in Posts.
  • Sticker Mule will not be liable for any claims, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or relating to: (i) your creation, publication, or promotion of a Post; (ii) any use of or reliance on a Post by you or anyone else; or (iii) your interactions with readers, commenters, or other Users in connection with Write.
