The package was paid and it never arrived…

This is the order #10 or more and I ALWAYS use the same address. The one before UPS left it at a Farmacy for us to go picked. So yesterday I waited all day for my package and it was returned to the sender Don’t KNOW WHY. The delivery man stopped on the porch, didn’t want to leave the package and left. This is the second time it has happened.
