How long does the design service process take?

The process has two main steps:

1. Review period (up to 72 hours): The designer reviews your request and decides whether to approve or decline it.

2. Design period (up to 72 hours after approval): Once approved, the designer completes the work and uploads the final files.

If the designer is late, the request isn't canceled automatically, but you'll regain the option to cancel after that window.
