Approved image didn't match final product

After approving the online proof and the image looking good I was a bit disappointed when the mailers arrived and the top portion of the design was cut off. The image I submitted and approved had rounded corners all the way around, but the design I received looked like the printer stopped a bit short. The top corners of the design were just hard 90 degree corners. I purchased these through the 10 for $9 deal so I didn't lose much...and the mailers are still usable. I was just disappointed in the design not looking like what I approved. Not sure if I would order these again. Your stickers have been great and always what I've expected/approved so I'll still return for stickers. I'd probably hold off on ordering more mailers until I know the process is a bit more solid.
