Really slick product- needs a couple tweaks

The charms themselves are good. Quick turnaround, and I was able to customize where the hanging hole is. The custom cut to match my logo is spot on. I didn't expect any metal loop to be in the hole, but the thickness of the charm makes it a bit harder to get through a keyring than thinner items. The edges do still feel a bit rough, as there's no burnishing the cut edge of the acrylic. But the one thing I'd like to see most is the same logo printed on the back. Because right now it's just a white oval. So when it gets laid down on the table, you only see the logo 50% of the time. Fix that alone and I'm all in.
