Worst costumer service to be honest

Great quality on the stickers that why I’ve been a client for a few years. This time I had an issue with the address and try to contact the company ( which it was a pain in the but) not phone only an email that don’t get through as quick as is needed. I explained my issue to UPS and they inform me that there’s nothing they could do on their end and only the seller ( sticker mule) could put a hold on the shipping before it get to the destination so I can go and pick it up on one of their pick up point ( word by word from UPS) it sounds super easy but it could be done bc sticker mule costumer service only make the same questions and give me absurd solutions like “ let’s wait until they try and shipped the package and then we’ll get it back” or “ did you try callin UPS” or “ can you pick it up on the address that was on the shipping?” Is obvious I can’t bc I trying to contact you. Is frustrating trying to solve something so simple. I wasn’t asking for a free service I don’t mind paying another shipping fee or whatever I just want to get my order without loosing my money. Now after 2 days of trying to communicate and make sense of the “options” I had the package was delivered to the wrong address and God know if I’m going to get an order or help. I’ll never order anything on this page again
