Missing pieces/ Valuable feedback

Two of my key chains came without the middle piece holding the key chain together. Could not locate missing pieces in the box it came in. On a positive note the key chains look amazing. I would like to order more if I could get the missing pieces resolved. Keep making amazing materials!
