The charms turned out nice and glossy, I just wish they were double-sided. There was no mention of them being single-sided, so it was a surprise and I felt blindsided as this initial order was for samples and my potential order would be of 5000 charms. With no "add-on" option to make them double-sided I will have to find a different supplier :(
