The brown is really dark in person

I received my poster order yesterday, the posters were great, nice flat packaging. I received a different order of posters today that were crammed in a tube and will never be flat again. Where is the consistency? Why not give the customer the better packaging option all of the time? Is it really that hard to provide a quality product all of the time???? Someone completely missed the mark on the left chest. Logo is located on the left belly in the middle of the shirt.

The shirt came out wonderfully, better than I expected especially for the price. It was quick and easy to send the design and ask for touchups when needed. Definitely would recommend and purchase from again. The only problem I faced was delayed shipping, but you could chalk that up to UPS's fault.

My framed picture came today. Sticker mule shipping is so fast item was packed very well. I was just expecting the run of the mill framed picture, but I was so surprised by the quality and the styling. You guys gotta check one out. You'll be very happy.
