Not exactly what I thought

I debated whether to write this review. I got my package tape today. Although I approved the proof, I feel there was some communication when I spoke to the customer service person. I was meaning one thing and I guess they took it to mean something else. My previous packaging tape proof showed differently then this one. I thought that the logo was going to be just like what I previously ordered only instead of them angling it that it was straighten. So when I opened the box today to see that it was definitely not what I wanted I was rather disappointed(?), discouraged(?), annoyed(?), not sure my true response. The only reason I am not super annoyed is the fact the whiter color in packaging tape does make a big difference. And it actually is super clean and fresh looking that perhaps it will grow on me and be a better investment for the future.
