Packing Tape

My packing tape was fine. Good quality for the price. The problem I had was with shipping. First off I didn’t receive a proof. I received an email 3 weeks later saying if I still wanted to order. I thought it’s an error and replaced my order. Ok everything went smooth and my package was on its way. Well then 2 days before my package was due to arrive; I received a private message on my business page! Someone informed me they received my packing tape! When I got my package sure enough it wasn’t my tape. Lucky I messaged sticker mule and someone answered right away. They have no customer service line all through emailing! Which I hate it takes much longer and it’s time consuming on my end. In the end I got rush delivery and received my tape in 3 days after the mistake was mentioned. I’ve ordered in the pass from here without a problem. This time was a nightmare and makes me think twice about ordering!
