Lots of chips in acrylic

Never ordered charms from here before, not too thrilled with the result. After peeling off the protective film, on about 1/4th of the charms I recieved had noticable chips around the edges of the acrylic, and some having not completely cut out holes. I also wasn't expecting them to be one sided, I never saw it written on the main page about the charms, only after I recieved them did I dig through the FAQs to find out. The image on the charm itself though looks very nice and detailed at least. But after looking a bit closer as well I saw that the back of the charm was a bit scuffed up on every single one. Unfortunately that side does not have any protective film so it couldn't be protected. Bit disappointed in the overall quality.
