make sure to read closely what you are ordering

Unfortunately missed that it said "labels" after die cut. Was surprised (and bummed) to receive a roll of labels in something I would not have gotten. Since I get the text messages and logged into the site from there, there was no picture to reference that these weren't die cut stickers. Asked customer service if there was ANY way to re order these correctly but they said no dice. Gave me a $15, but not sure what to do with the labels, still need to replace the sticker order I thought I already did and out the $ spent on the ones I did get. First bummer experience with SM. Quality I will say is still good, and would have loved it had I noticed it was labels and ordered accordingly. Just wish an exception could have been made with the company more than just a $15 credit that I need to spend another $30 to even be able to access. Offered to send the ones I don't want back.
