    Today I received my replacement order and it was not completed in production because the magnet metal pieces are not on the back of the acrylic magnet this is a frustrating experience and an inconvenience to my business

    I ordered 100 ornaments for a staff gift. 18 of the 100 pieces came in damaged. I am giving a 2 star because sticker mule always takes care of issues like this through their customer support, but i am 0-2 when ordering any type acrylic pieces. Their quality assurance team seems to skip over projects like this and i always end up having to deal with customer support on projects like these.

    Very affordable and (if not for UPS) quick delivery options. However, probably 95% of the pins we ordered were chipped. From far away, no one will notice. But it was a bummer.

    These acrylic pins are SUPER thick and not very nice. They do not look like the images you see on the site, most of which are taken in ways that obscure the actual thickness of the pins. The thickness of the pins isn't mentioned on the product page or through the ordering process, which is deceptive and customer service refuses to help unless I spend additional money with them in the future.
