I left several communications during revisions but never once got a reply back. I love sticker mule for their quality of labels. But the lack of customer service is very very disappointing. You have to do everything via email no phone calls. Especially when you need edits for your design. They make sure to remind you that you should have your artwork ready before uploading even though they’re well capable of design help. but it would be easy to have some assurance when needed...
