I ordered 10 samples and 5 arrived with ink stains. I contacted customer service, explained the issue, and they offered to replace them. I expected 5 replacements but was pleasantly surprised when they sent 15. The quality is excellent, and I’ll be ordering hundreds more for my company. Thank you for putting customers first.

I received the poly mailers, for the most part they are ok. The print quality is ok, the only real negative feedback I have is “quality control” all but a few of the mailers have a dashed white line in the front image across the mailer. It’s not on my original design, nor is it on all the mailers. It’s not too bad but when paying a premium I think quality control needs to see this. Thanks. Would I... Más información
