I have ordered these many times before but this time two of the keychains were not put together and of those one of the plastic straps will not stay closed.

I wasn't sure how these would look before I ordered, even though they did send a proof which I approved, of course. But my fears were unfounded. These coasters are the best. We have ordered several different designs for several different organizations and they are great.

Got these in person and disappointed - the back can easily scratch off (one was already scratched off in one part) and quality seems poor. And a heads up that the back side is just a reverse of the front, so if you use a transparent background and have text, the back side will show the text backward, which looks really odd considering that this is double sided and can lay flat on either side.
