Horrible Shipping

Still waiting for order that was shipped 7 days ago. You used UPS Innovations and the word Innovations I am guessing was put in there as a bad joke. Why not go all out and use Pony Express. Check out the tracking on the package I am still waiting for. Really? You obviously looked for the cheapest possible way of sending this package, rather than being concerned with customer satisfaction. There is a small emerging company called Amazon. You may have even heard of them. The offer a prime service that sometime means same day or at worst 2 day delivery. Perhaps you should study their example, and maybe find a lesson there. I will order from you again, but only if shipping options change for the better.
