Wicked Hot, but great flavor!

I've enjoyed many hot sauces, love my Sriracha on almost everything. Always have Tobasco and other spicy Salsas around the house too. But this Mule sauce was a Whoaow on the heat level. It doesn't hit you at first but the heat builds up after a few bites. Use in moderation and you can enjoy the subtle flavors more. But if you just want to get hot and sweaty and teary-eyed, and quiet the party down or send um home, this is my "Shut the Front Door" sauce. Awesome on homemade 1/2 pound burgers! Lotsa avacado and firm shakes of Mule sauce!
