Grainy and kind of irregular cutting

First of all, let me say these are not bad. Colours look fine! and they're smooth to the touch, however quality could be widely improved. First of all, the edges are not very regular, the cutting is not actually as clean as it could be, but what I liked the least was the grain in the image. It's a fairly small charm, barely 2 inches, yet the image looks grainy as if it was poor quality and that's why although I got my charms thanks to a special deal, I doubt I'd buy these at full price, tbh.
