Different - In A Good Way

I love hot food and add peppers and hot sauce to almost everything I eat. I don't have a particular favorite as the sauces swing more or less vinegary, sweet, levels of hot, smokiness, etc. The Mule Sauce (I guess this name is more PC, but I kind of liked the original name better) is in its own category. You should really try this out, it has it's own flavor profile and doesn't mimic or shadow others. Good stuff!
