Don't Order a Large Circle Decal

I followed instructions and tried for several hours to get our large circular decal to look ok, however I am convinced there is no way to get the decal flat with no large creases/wrinkles/air bubbles with a circular design. We've used other decals with no major problems, usually you can use the tool they provide to flush the decal flat and air wrinkles out to a corner, but with the circle we just kept going around and around. I raised this issue to customer support, they didn't have any experience with a large circular decal and didn't know whether or not other customers had luck or not. I was not offered a refund. Our customers commented on how bad the decal looked.
