Rings didn’t work to hang the charm, had to use string. Images were murky and some arrived with the acrylic scratched.

Customer service was easy to work with and helped us quickly get a reprint in so that we did not missed deadlines on our end.

Size shrunk a bit. Colors were fine, though!

I feel the size shrunk a bit from what I ordered. Plus the light blue appeared white instead.

I had an issue with the first batch of charms I ordered, but the sticker mule customer service was quick to make it right and reprint the charms.
