The logos on the tape were not sized proportionately to the width of the tape. Don't like the way it looks.

After a quick email from Kim reaching out after the initial review, she had them order a replacement within an hours time and they printed out exactly as I needed and expected. Thanks so much guys.

There is a strong chemical smell

This is my 3rd run of these, and they're perfect for my small business. I'm confident to put my books in them, knowing they are sturdy and well-sealed. The images are clear - even the QR code works.
