I had made a mistake on my previous order, that was totally my fault. As a result, I received stickers that were way smaller than I intended. I contacted customer service, who helped me correct the issue and gave me a discount off the correct order. The order was submitted and went into production within an hour. I received the correct order within a week of making the change. I continue to be impressed with not only the products I receive, but the customer service as well.
