Great customer service

first time using Stickermule., I like the effects of custom tape on packages,, so I decided to give it a try. the process was pretty easy. I sent in art work, the package arrived and the wording on the tape was as big as the tape. I was shocked and dissappointed. i held the orders back from shipping ,so they could be decorated with the tape. I email sticker mule about the oversized packing tape I received. . they were wonderful, they gave me an new order and shipped it out quickly. I had to send some of the orders out, the neww ordders will be sealed with the corrected decorative packing tape. ... Just what i envisioned. i will be a customer for Life . Stickermule is #1 choice for my promo needs. Now i am trying out the bumper stickers....
