Really disappointed outcome

This is my second time ordering from them and I did have high expectation when it comes to ordering and getting them within 3 weeks to Australia. Everything was fine until I received them, I did the quality check and 31/60 acrylic charms (mind you 3 separate designs I ordered with 20 quanity) has visible scratch and crack. I can't sell them, it is really disappointing and for me to spend my money like that is again disappointing.
