I was disappointed when I rec'd my keychains. But, it looks to be my own fault. I expected the image to be encased within the acrylic. Upon further look at the website I see that this is not what they were actually selling, so no fault to the company. I should have looked closer before ordering. My type ended up being too dark/small so also my error. I will change my expectation for new order after I fix my artwork. We weren't able to use these so glad I did a small test order for smallest qty.
