Cheap and low quality

I would never imagine this level of quality from a company that is promoted as one of the "best quality". This is the second time this company has disappointed me with not only cheaply made products but lack of attention to delivering the product on a timely manner as well as product being damaged beyond even discounted sells. This "charm" is just thickly cut plastic with a sticker slapped onto the back....it is not even sealed and i easily peeled it off. i am astounded that I paid so much for 20 charm with a quality that I could of made at home with shrink dink. I paid for not only the convince but as well higher quality. This is the last time I will be ordering from this company.
