Packing Tape for Boxes

So.. I have a small online business & I couldn’t find cool, recyclable tape anywhere. I didn’t want a logo or anything but they were able to make me this awesome black & white striped tape & it’s perfect. The employee that I went back & forth w/ before ordering was incredible. I am not satisfied with the color. It is supposed to be red and it is more like a brown. Previously, I ordered an other product from you using the same specification for the color and it is completely different.
