I am not satisfied with the color. It is supposed to be red and it is more like a brown. Previously, I ordered an other product from you using the same specification for the color and it is completely different.

First time buying from your company. The first package was lost but the second was expedited and arrived sooner. Very happy with the quick customer service and response. The product itself ended up being exactly what I was hoping to get and I can only be happier if I buy more now!

Why does it have a wierd overlay on top of our design and gray stipes?

The item arriced more than a week after the expected arrival date. The shipping details stalled and then I kept seeing the delivery date change. Doesn't seem like a reliable company to receive your items on time and in the timeframe they say.

The tape I ordered from Sticker Mule is beautiful. It came out exactly how I hoped it would and will take my packaging to the next level!

There is one photo showing the tape where there is a sponge. That is the only indication it requires water. Nowhere does it say that the packing tape adhesive must be water activated. We have ordered a dispenser because our production is to high to do it by hand. Lesson learned on our part. We will mark to reorder for now.
