I am not satisfied with the color. It is supposed to be red and it is more like a brown. Previously, I ordered an other product from you using the same specification for the color and it is completely different.

Unfortunately this tape is too wide to use in a professional tape roller, also the fact that we have to use a sponge to wet the tape before sticking is not practicable. It simply did not work. Tape in order to use professionally has to be self-adhesive and fit to tape rollers. We requested help from the help desk but no answer.

I placed my order on Monday and it showed up on Friday. Very impressed with the turnaround time for this custom packaging tape.
