When you send your art file, be sure that it is in CMYK color mode. They do not tell you this during the ordering process and I had to spend some time doing my own research, after which I found that my drawing program saves files in RGB format, which is not ideal for printing, as certain colors (primarily blue) will not show up and your art will become dull or washed out in color. Love how they came out! One had chipped paint sadly but they happily gave me some store credit! A1 customer service!

I am so happy with these charms, I got them to memorialize my pet rat that passed away. I made a few necklaces and earrings with them and they are so great. My only criticism is the charms colors aren't as vibrant as the demo picture, but they are sturdy and feel like they will last a long time. Overall I am very happy with them.
