I've ordered 3 different pins now and noticed that the smaller you go, the worse the detail is. It's not terrible, but it's also not great.

The pins are amazing, but I have to give it 3 stars because the colors looked faded. They didn't look as vibrant as my digital design.

This was part of a larger order and a few had what looked like jigsaw nicks making them unsellable. Customer Service responded to my email within minutes, and shipped out replacements for all the damaged pins and shipped them out immediatlely. The new pins arrived withing 3 days and were perfect. I order a pin for my "house membership" every year for visitors, and each year features a new color band at the edge that has white writing. For next year, I chose pink. In the proofs, it looked great and the words were clear, but once I got it, the pink was so light that I couldn't read the pins clearly, but Sticker Mule reprinted them with a more vibrant pink and they look amazing now.
