Sticker Mule reached out after I noticed color inconsistencies between my sample and bulk order. They quickly resolved the issue by sending a corrected replacement at no charge — great customer service and I’d recommend them for future orders.

I was initially very happy with the sample bubble mailer — the print colors were vibrant, the black ink appeared rich and true, and the background color was deep and well-saturated. However, the bulk order I received did not match the quality of the sample. This was such an easy process from start to finish. I uploaded my design, received a proof, made changes, and received my product. The end result is an awesome new customized padded envelope. Customer service was great, and I will definitely use them again.

Several of the bubble mailers are not completely sealed on the side. One of them is open half the way down. I will need to tape each one before mailing.

Order these for a business partner; they look great. I order some before for myself and the design wasn't nearly as eye catching as this. What a great brand tool!
