I'll start off by saying that the frame and glass seem fine. I have no issues with the frame or glass. I am however extremely disappointed in the print quality. I ordered two frames with two different images. The first arrived and it was severely washed out. I wasn't sure what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised. The frame itself is great - solid and nice, but the real winner is the packaging, which is excellent, and shipping was fast. I docked one star for the quality of the print, which seemed dull and washed out.

I tried out the beta of this framed pic and although the gold colored frame is great, the photo print is washed out. The photo upload user experience is not great either. I initially uploaded a pic and it scaled it to fit so that there were white bars in the sides because the aspect ratio was different. Absolutely blown away by the quality of this framed print. The image came out crystal clear, and the framing is solid and professional—no cheap shortcuts here. Love the gold frame but the photo print wasn't great.. not worth the $30ish price it'd cost

There's a doctor's office with super nice artwork and frames. I needed something that would blend in. This frame and print were nice enough that no one will notice for years that there's a painting of myself and my dad in the doctor's office. Mission accomplished.
