Many facets of the ordering process are good, but it remains difficult to determine exact size until stickers actually arrive, and if you make them a little small or large, you're essentially stuck with them. Re-dos are not something StickerMule likes to offer, and their customer service relies on automation rather than people to build customer relationships.

I needed some stickers for a collaboration between myself and the team photographer for our junior hockey team. I was not looking for anything fancy, but easy to read long-lasting. The stickers I get are perfect. Now I want to design something to test the limits of StickerMule.
