Overly impersonal order process.

Ordered 500 stickers with the intent of shipping them to 2 different destinations. Unfortunately, I was never able to do this during the ordering process. Worse still, I couldn’t find a way to get any human intervention to assist with my request, so I had to ship them to one location, then re-ship some afterwards. I would have gladly paid extra for the dual shipment, but it frustrating that I couldn’t reach an employee for assistance.
