Worst Sticker I have ever received from Sticker Mule

I received my 3x3 square stickers today but super disappointed when I opened the box! I was so excited to get them because I planned to use them on some cups for a promotional event I was doing. Unfortunately, the proof I signed off on and what I received were two different things. The green border that shows beautifully in the proof is HORRIBLE! Each side is a different size or is nonexistent! The left side has the correct size border. However, the right side has next to no border. The top & bottom are much smaller than the left side's border. It is ridiculous that this even passed any type of inspection! The quality is less than desirable as well. The stickers feel much cheaper in quality than the other stickers I have received from Sticker Mule recently. I have ordered 4 sets of stickers in the last few months and this is the ONLY time I have been extremely unhappy with my purchase. I hope that you all make it right and send me the correct stickers that I ordered. Hopefully, the print will be correct the material will be better quality.
