Things happens but....
This was the first time I ordered an acrylic sign with my company logo on it. I was really excited and couldn't wait to receive it. The day I received the package, I was like a little kid opening a Christmas present. The acrylic sign looked great, but it had a crack in the top right corner. I contacted Sticker Mule explaining the crack and hoping to hear back. In just 2 (!) minutes, I received an email from Tiera at Sticker Mule acknowledging the problem and starting the process of sending me a new one for free. All I had to do was verify the shipping address and I was done. Life happens and things can arrive damaged. But the way Sticker Mule handled this situation was just unbelievable. No other company has responded so quickly and handled a problem so professionally. I really appreciated it.
