Ripped poster

I received my poster several days ahead of time which was nice, but I was underwhelmed with the quality. I am in need of 100 of them so I had one test printed. Not only was the poster slightly ripped on one corner before removing the plastic sleeve, but it also had ink smudges on it. Another thing which I overlooked when placing the order is that all the posters are printed on Matte paper, and I think it's strange that they don't give you the option between glossy and matte. Will need to look elsewhere unfortunately.
