Very poor quality

I ordered 50 pins and in almost half of them the pin on the back broke on the slightest touch. I contacted customer support who were *super nice* and sent me the order again but alas, in the second order even more than half broke in the same way. I'm really disappointed. I would also like to point out that the design itself can be damaged and scratched off super easily and the entire cut of the shape has a very poor finish.
