Great customer service

I was impressed by the prompt customer service, quick delivery, and price. We required a dimension not listed and customer service responded very quickly to accommodate our needs. The price was very competitive and we had our order in days. I assumed that the backing of the sticker would be "user friendly" and be two easy-peel pieces. This is not the case. So we were a little disappointed there. The backing is just one piece and a challenge for the user to peel and stick. The finish of the graphic is "flat" and not glossy. Time will tell if this affects outdoor durability/fading as most of our stickers can be found on cars.
