All communication for Hire me videos is handled directly between the creator and the customer. Sticker Mule provides the platform that makes these connections possible, but we don't get involved in contracts, agreements, or disputes between the parties. If you're requesting a video, we recommend including clear, detailed instructions so the creator knows exactly what you're looking for. If you're a creator, make sure to review requests carefully before accepting them. Keeping communication friendly and expectations clear helps make every Hire me experience a great one!
Yes, creators can stop offering Hire me video services at any time through their Service settings. If they turn the feature off, active requests will still be completed before the change takes effect. It's completely flexible; creators stay in control of when and how they take on new requests.
Yes, creators set their own prices for Hire me video services. Each creator chooses a flat rate for their videos. Pricing is the same regardless of video length or content type, but creators have full control over what they offer and how they personalize it.
If a creator decides not to accept your request, they can leave a short note explaining why. Don't worry, you'll receive a full refund automatically.
Yes! You can cancel your request at any time before the creator accepts the video request.
Creators have up to 7 days to complete and deliver your video. As soon as it's ready, you'll get a notification with a link to watch it. Requesting a video is super easy! Visit a creator's Store and click the Hire Me button. From there, you'll fill out a short form with details like who the video is for and any special instructions you want the creator to follow. Once you've entered your info, you'll check out using Sticker Mule's secure payment system. Then sit back and wait for your personalized video to arrive!
To offer video services, you'll need to enable it directly from your Store. Here’s how to get started: Go to your Store page Select Add Select Service Select Offer personal videos Decide on your flat rate pricing and upload an optional intro video (recommended) Save your changes Once enabled, a Hire me button will appear on your store so customers can request a video. A couple of things to keep in mind: You'll need to connect your bank account with Stripe Connect to offer video services You can turn the service off at any time Any active requests will still need to be completed

Whether it's a shout-out, a thank-you, or a behind-the-scenes message, creators can connect with their audiences in a fun, personal way.
Once you approve a request, it's locked for 72 hours, and neither side can cancel during that time. There's no in-app messaging yet. However, you and the customer can communicate outside of Sticker Mule using your store's contact form. To avoid misunderstandings, we recommend: Asking clarifying questions before approving Making sure the scope is clear upfront Only approving requests you're confident you can complete as-is Clear expectations up front lead to happier outcomes for everyone.
When your work is done: Upload the final files Add an optional comment for the customer Submit the deliverables Once submitted: The customer can download the files Payment is processed automatically The request is marked complete If you've allowed revisions, your client can request them after you've sent their initial deliverables. They can continue requesting revisions until they accept the deliverables, at which point the request will be marked complete.

Design service is best for small, well-defined design tasks you can comfortably complete in 2–3 days. Great examples include: Simple layouts Small edits or tweaks Basic creative concepts This service is not intended for: Websites Videos Books Large, ongoing, or multi-phase projects If something feels too big, too vague, or too time-consuming, declining it is always the right call.
You set one flat price that applies to all design requests, regardless of size or complexity. You can also select a separate flat rate price for revisions if you choose to allow them. This keeps pricing simple and predictable. If a request feels too complex or outside your scope, you can decline it before any work begins. Payment works like this: The customer submits payment info at checkout You complete the request and upload the files Payment is processed and added to your Sticker Mule earnings
Design Services gives you a simple, flexible way to monetize your creativity without taking on long-term commitments. By offering design services, you can: Earn money for your time and expertise, not just product sales Set your own flat rate Work on short, clearly scoped projects Choose which requests to accept or decline Get paid automatically once the work is delivered It's designed to fit around your existing workflow, not replace it.
If you're a store owner with payouts enabled, you're already eligible to offer Design Services. No separate application or approval process is required. To get started: Click Add item from your Store page. Select Service Select Graphic design Enter your pricing and click Finish setup Once you enable the service from your store page, customers will be able to hire you directly for design work. You stay in full control over what you accept and how much you charge. You can discontinue offering design services or change your pricing at any time.
