The charms seem great so far. My only suggestion would be to offer double sided printing, since there's this beautiful vibrant side, then a white matte side. I wouldn't lower the rating, since I knew this going in, but it might be a nice option for future products.

I ordered these on the 3rd of June and they didn't arrive until mid July. I had the biggest headache tracking them and was told they would arrive by June 22nd. That didn't happen and i had customers waiting on them. I put the delivery services being bad due to COVID and not within the control of Stickermule. I was sent a replacement. This was my first time getting something from Stickermule so I was a little nervous at the start. They’re high-quality and I’d order again. It’d be really great if we had an option which let us have both sides of the charm covered and for it to include key chain rings. Definitely recommend it!

This process was quick and easy. The charm was exactly what I hoped it would look like!

These were shipped / delivered on time, and I was so pleased to open my order. They were exactly what I imagined!

I love all of the acrylic charms I’ve ordered but I do wish that it was possible to add a coating or something to the back to prevent the design from scratching off.

Honestly, I placed multiple orders for charms during a sale week they had recently, and it was overall a really frustrating experience, and I don’t necessarily think it was worth the energy and money. The charms Sticker Mule produced for me is one of the cutest things I've ever seen. At almost .25" thick they appear to be very durable. I think they're going to sell like hotcakes when I put them up in my shop this week.

Ok I purchased these in the 2x2 size. My design was simple. A circle “badge” for my one year subscribers. Now I am happy that they each cane with a clear protective film on the front. Definitely a little difficult to get an edge to peel back but nice to see a clean scratch free surface. Why 4 out of 5? Well, only one really.
