UPDATE: Customer service has been fantastic, and the keychain issue is hopefully resolved 👍 The detail of the requested image has come out beautifully, but it is too dark, the only way to see the colours and details is to shine a light directly on it / take a photo with a flash, at just the right angle to not obscure the image with the flash reflection.
